Dear customer/supplier,

We would hereby like to inform you about the changed opening hours during the coming holidays and the introduction of the new ERP System Spack B.V. and Spack Trading B.V.

Opening hours Spack B.V and Spack Trading B.V:

24-12-2020: Closed after 12:00 am.

25-12-2020: Closed.

26/12/2020: Closed.

30-12-2020: Closed after 12:00 am.

31-12-2020: Closed.

01-01-2021: Closed.

01-01-2021: New ERP System Spack B.V. and Spack Trading B.V.

As of January 1, 2021 we will switch to a new ERP automation system. It is expected that this new system will enable us to work more efficiently in the future, so we can serve you better and faster.

In addition to a changed layout of all our documents, the article numbers and lot numbers will change. For logistical matters, when you come to load at all locations (belonging to Spack B.V./Spack Trading B.V.) to deliver the CMR yourself. This will be stamped at the locations and a delivery note will also be given to the driver.

In connection with the above matters, please place your orders and/ or calls on time for the months of December 2020 and January 2021.
