Walnuts and walnut trees have a long history, it is estimated that the walnut is a 7000 year old crop. The walnut originally comes from Central Asia. Nowadays the walnut  grows in mild warm climates all around the world.

Our Organic Sunflower Oil is pressed from sunflower seeds grown in Eastern Europe and Russia. The seeds are crushed, cold pressed and filtered in one of Spack two organic pressing plants in Nieuwe Tonge and Harlingen, The Netherlands.

Our organic sesame oil is cold pressed with organic sesame seeds from the continent of Africa. The seeds are purchased and transported to an oil mill in Niederkrüchten, where they are pressed at a low temperature.

Our certified organic safflower seeds are harvested on the North American continent. The growers produce high quality safflower seeds and the growing process is regularly monitored by our field inspectors, ensuring a high grade seed that complies fully with the principles of organic farming.

Spack’s Organic Pumpkin Seed Oil is cold pressed from the raw, unroasted seeds of pumpkins imported from Europe and Asia.

The organically grown olives come from farmers' cooperatives in the vicinity of Cordoba, Spain. Within 24 hours after the harvest, the olives are processed into oil.

Spack’s Organic Hempseed Oil is cold pressed from the seeds of the hemp plant. The fresh seeds are mainly imported from Asia.

Our organic brown linseed comes from Northern Kazakhstan and Russia. The suppliers are under the control of organic certification bodies that monitor the cultivation and harvesting process.

The canola seeds are harvested in Eastern Europe and then crushed, cold pressed and filtered in one of our two expeller faciltiies in The Netherlands.

MCT stands for medium-chain triglycerides. The length of each fatty acid depends on the chemical structure of each fatty acid. The medium chain fatty acid has a length of 6-10 atoms.

Spack is a supplier of certified organic and conventional avocado oil. Both oils are produced by cold pressing the oil from the flesh of the avocado fruit. This creates a taste advantage as only the flesh is used for the oil and not the bitter seed.

De afkorting MCT staat voor medium-chain triglycerides, wat de Engelse benaming is voor middellange vetzuurketens. De lengte van het vetzuur is te herleiden uit de scheikundige structuur van het vetzuur.

Onze biologische zonnebloemolie wordt geperst uit zonnebloempitten, afkomstig vanuit Oost Europa en Rusland.

Onze biologische sesamolie wordt koud geperst met biologische sesamzaad, grotendeels afkomstig uit Uganda. Het sesamzaad wordt ingekocht en getransporteerd naar een oliemolen in Niederkrüchten, waar het sesamzaad op een lage temperatuur geperst wordt.

Ons biologische saffloerzaad is afkomstig uit de Amerikaanse continent. De telers produceren kwalitatief hoogwaardige biologische saffloerzaad.

Onze Biologische raapzaadolie wordt gewonnen uit kool- of raapzaad afkomstig uit oost Europa.

De biologische pompoenpitolie van Spack wordt gewonnen uit ongeroosterde pompoenpitten van Europeese en Aziatische oorsprong.

De biologische geteelde olijven komen van boerencoöperaties uit de omgeving van Cordoba, Spanje. Binnen 24 uur na de oogst worden de olijven verwerkt tot olie.

Ons biologische bruin lijnzaad is afkomstig uit Noord Kazachstan en Rusland. De leveranciers staan onder controle van biologische certificering instanties die teelt en oogstproces volgen.

Spack heeft zich de laatste jaren gespecialiseerd in biologische kokosolie en werkt met zorgvuldig geselecteerde leveranciers die voldoen aan de eisen die Spack stelt aan de kwaliteit, teelt en werkomstandigheden van de werknemers.

Onze Hennepzaad olie wordt geperst uit de zaden van de Hennep plant. De zaden komen voornamelijk uit Azie.

Wij kunnen zowel biologische als conventionele avocado olie aanbieden. Beide soorten olie worden door middel van een koude methode (centrifugeren) afgescheiden van de pulp.
